Serving as an Adjunct Faculty at the esteemed Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), he lends his expertise to the Faculty of Business Studies (FBS). In his capacity as an Assistant Professor, he imparts knowledge in HR-centric courses tailored for both MBA and Professional MBA aspirants.
